沁南潘河煤层气田煤层气直井增产改造技术

摘要:
〗沁水盆地南部潘河煤层气田3#煤层和15#煤层的煤阶属于无烟煤,储层具有低压、低孔隙度、低渗透率的特点,煤层气井压裂前基本不产气。水力加砂压裂是该地区进行煤层气勘探开发的关键技术之一。针对该区低压致密煤层气藏的储层地质特点,通过近年来的攻关研究和现场试验,提出了经对比后效果最佳的压裂工艺技术方案——氮气泡沫压裂,大大提高了压裂改造效果,初步形成了该地区低压致密煤层气藏压裂工艺体系。应用结果表明:无烟煤煤层气增产措施增产量排序为氮气泡沫压裂>活性水加砂压裂>清水+氮气压裂或清水压裂;在压裂正常的情况下,前置液量大、携砂液量大,总液量在400 m3以上的压裂增产效果更好。

Stimulation technology of vertical coalbed methane gas wells in the Panhe CBM Gas Field, southern Qinshui Basin

Abstract:
Due to the pressure, low porosity, and low permeability of anthracite coalbed reservoirs (the coal beds 3# and 15#) in the Qinshui Basin, gas could hardly be produced from the prefractured CBM gas wells there, so the hydraulic sand fracturing has become one of the key techniques in the CBM exploration and development in this district. In view of the geological characteristics of such lowpressure and tight CBM reservoirs, the best scheme of nitrogen foam fracturing is put forward after substantial technical research and pilot tests in recent years. This scheme significantly improves the fracturing stimulation treatment and the specific fracturing technology is thus formed adaptable for this district. The following fracturing means in terms of improvement in well performance from better to worse are nitrogen foam fracturing, activated water fracturing, water plus nitrogen fracturing or water fracturing. Under the condition of normal fracturing treatment, the bigger the quantity of both the prepad fluid and the sand carrying fluid is, the better result from stimulation fracturing treatment will be achieved.
