新型LNG加热气化装置的结构设计及试验研究

摘要:
LNG加热气化装置是LNG输配应用系统中不可或缺的重要设备。为此,论述了烟气自击回旋湿式LNG加热气化装置的结构布置,设计研究了该装置的燃烧加热和烟气循环系统、烟气循环和工质流程系统、水系统等,其中气流旋水子、燃烧室内外筒、锥形烟气喷口、烟气再循环系统和自动注水系统等都是具有自主知识产权的创新设计。为检验该装置的性能,还研究设计了装置试验系统。试验结果表明:烟气自击回旋湿式LNG加热气化装置在实验室试验中获得成功,装置结构合理、技术先进、热效率高,其技术经济优越性已得到鉴定和认可。

Structural design and experimental research of a new plant for heating and vaporizing LNG

Abstract:
A plant for heating and vaporizing LNG is a necessary key part for the LNG transportation and distribution system. Therefore, this paper first discusses the structural layout of a new plant for heating and vaporizing LNG by use of flue gas lashing and sending up spray. Then, the related design and research are also introduced in detail, including heating and flue gas circulating system, working medium flow process, and water system, etc., among which the gas flow circle unit, the inner and outer cylinder of a combustion chamber, the cone nozzle of flue gas, the flue gas recirculation, and the automatic water feeding apparatus belong to the innovative design with independent intellectual property rights. In order to verify this plant's performance, an experimental unit is thus designed. From experimental studies, this said plant has achieved encouraging results: reasonable structural layout, advanced technology, high thermal efficiency, and its technical and economic advantages already appraised and recognized as well.
